19 January 2009 iPoint-media plc (the "Company") Director Dealing

The Company announces that it has been informed that Efraim Sagi, Non-executive Chairman, has sold 2,550,954 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 2.25 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company. The shares were sold on 15 January 2009 at a price of $0.17 per share (approximately 11.7p per share using an exchange rate of $1.45 per £1).

These shares represented Mr Sagi's entire holding and, therefore, Mr Sagi no longer holds any interest in the Company.
