The Company was notified on 11th May 2012 that James Phillips transferred 6,900,000 shares into his personal pension scheme and Simon McGivern transferred 6,900,000 shares into his personal pension. On the same day, Mr. McGivern's wife, Joanna McGivern, transferred 5,656,711 shares into her personal pension. For all three transactions, the shares were transferred at yesterday's closing price of 0.7075p per share.

The net beneficial interest of each director has not changed.
