The Company announces that on August 21, 2015 it granted the following stock options to Directors and Executive Officers in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan. The options noted below are exercisable into Common Shares of the company at a price of Cdn $2.12 per share (based on the TSX closing price on August 20, 2015). The options will expire on August 20, 2020 and are subject to the following vesting provisions: one-third shall vest and become exercisable immediately; one-third shall vest and become exercisable on each of the first and second anniversaries of the date of grant.
