Business Post Group plc (the "Company") 

Announcement to the London Stock Exchange

On 15 July 2009 the following directors of the Company and other persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") were granted options ("Options") under the Business Post Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2009 (the "Plan") to acquire ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company for nil consideration as set out below. 

The Options will ordinarily vest on the third anniversary of grant subject to the grantee's continued employment and the satisfaction of performance conditions assessing the Company's earnings per share growth and the Company's total shareholder return relative to a comparator group comprising the constituent companies of the FTSE All Share Index (excluding investment trusts). No consideration was paid for the grant of the Options.
