Directors' Shareholding

The Board of Byotrol plc ('Byotrol' or the 'Company'), the leading anti-microbial hygiene company, has been notified that Dr. Till Medinger, Non-Executive Director of the Company earlier today bought 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 22 pence per share, being the current mid market price, from Stephen Falder, the Company's Business Development Director & Deputy Chairman.

As a result of the transaction, Mr Falder retains a beneficial holding in the Company of 5,235,854 ordinary shares representing 6.22%. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and Dr. Medinger has increased his beneficial holding to 115,000 ordinary shares representing 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.
