The Company has been notified that Simon Innes, Chief Executive, has today sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price per share of 150p.
Simon Innes' shareholding in the Company now stands at 1,046,475 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently 51,563,475 Ordinary Shares.
