Shoe Zone plc, the UK's largest value footwear retailer, announces that Jeremy Sharman, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company, has transferred 171,875 shares, equalling his entire holding, to 'Sharman Family Pension Fund', his Self-Invested Pension Plan (the "Transaction").
