Directors' Shareholdings

The Board of Murgitroyd announces that following the exercise of options, David Castle, a Director of the Group, acquired 40,000 ordinary shares in the Group at a price of 181.0p per share on 1 September 2008, representing 0.47% of the current issued share capital of the Group. This represents Mr Castle's entire shareholding in the Group.
