("RM2" or the "Company"), the vertically-integrated innovator in pallet development, manufacture, supply and management, confirms that it was notified on 18 June 2014 that Jan Dekker, a Non-Executive Director of RM2, purchased a total of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that date at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Dekker is interested in a total of 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75 per cent of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
