Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc announces that purchases of Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') were made yesterday by the Trustees of the newly-launched Share Incentive Plan on behalf of Directors as follows:

David Barnbrook: 236 Ordinary Shares, to which the Company added a further 94 Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules. His resulting interest in the Company is 15,330 Ordinary Shares representing 0.32 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share capital and 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.22 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class. In addition, he holds options over 55,000 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

Ralph Cohen: 19 Ordinary Shares, to which the Company added a further 19 Ordinary Shares under the "matching" provisions of the Plan rules. His resulting interest in the Company is 15,038 Ordinary Shares representing 0.31 per cent. of the issued Ordinary share capital and 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.22 per cent. of the issued share capital of that class. In addition, he holds options over 72,000 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.

The purchases by the Trustees were made at 633.25p per Ordinary Share. Purchases of a further 1,955 Ordinary Shares were made on the same date and at the same price for 50 other members of staff under the Plan.
