Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised today that its Chairman, Anthony Coombs, has today transferred 4,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company into his Pension Fund at a sale price of 585p and re-purchase price of 586p.

Following this transfer Mr. Coombs beneficial interests in the Company remain unchanged at 526,330 Ordinary Shares representing 4.5% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
