The Company announces that it has been informed that David Holland, Non-Executive Director, today sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at a price of 346.18 pence per share. Mr. Holland now has a beneficial interest in 932,007 ordinary shares representing 1.58% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
