Northern 2 VCT PLC08 June 2007 Northern 2 VCT PLC (the "Company") Directors' Shareholdings Further to the Issue of Equity announcement released earlier today, of the254,321 ordinary shares allotted today under the terms of the Company's DividendInvestment Scheme, 7,826 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr A M Conn, adirector of the Company at a price of 84.4p per share. As a result of this allotment, Mr Conn currently has a beneficial interest in154,599 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company representing 0.32% per cent ofthe enlarged issued share capital. In addition, 3,150 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr F L G Neale, a directorof the Company at a price of 84.4p per share. As a result of this allotment, MrNeale currently has a beneficial interest in 62,218 ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company representing 0.13% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital. In addition, 5,331 ordinary shares were allotted to Dr M W Ridley, a director ofthe Company at a price of 84.4p per share. As a result of this allotment, DrRidley currently has a beneficial interest in 222,452 ordinary shares of 5p eachin the Company representing 0.46% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.
