In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility notified the Company on 29 July 2013 of the exercise of their options under the 2012 Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), details of which are below:

The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated for US employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The options are exercisable at the end of a one year saving plan.
