The Company has been informed that on 27 March 2009 Timothy Bacon, a Director of the Company, bought 9,016 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr Bacon has a total beneficial holding of 19,712 Ordinary Shares representing 0.039 % of the current issued share capital.
