VinaLand Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 16 June 2008, a director of the Company, Don Lam, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("ordinary shares") at an average price of $1.31 per ordinary share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Lam has a direct interest of 1,755,250 ordinary shares in the Company and an indirect interest of 412,583 ordinary shares in the Company.
