UK Mail Group plc announces that on 6 June 2013, Carl Moore, a person discharging managerial responsibility, ("PDMR"), purchased 1,177 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 509p per Share.

Following today's purchase Carl Moore now holds voting rights attached to 11,587 ordinary Shares representing 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company.
