Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company would like to advise that on Wednesday 2 February 2011, Doug Allison, Finance Director, exercised options over the following:

5,000 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 261p per share

5,000 Ordinary shares at an exercise price of 273p per share

Mr Allison subsequently sold 10,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 440p per share.

Following this exercise and subsequent sale Mr. Allison and his connected parties are interested in 414,375 Ordinary Shares representing 1.54 per cent. of the issued share capital in City of London.
