Director's share purchase

On 15 June 2011 Ian Burke, an executive director, notified Rank (under the obligations imposed by paragraph DTR 3.1.2 R of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules) that, on 15 June 2011, he purchased 14,000 ordinary 13 8/9p shares in Rank at a price of 151.82p per share, thereby increasing his notifiable beneficial share interest to 601,406 ordinary shares, representing 0.15% of the total number of shares currently in issue.
