Cavanagh Group PLC24 May 2007 Cavanagh Group PLC (the "Company") 24 May 2007 Director Shareholding The Company was notified today that Simon Redgrove, Director, has sold 35,000ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 127.50p on 23 May 2007.These shares were sold to Ian Henson, also a Director of the Company. As aresult of this transaction, Mr Redgrove is interested in 2,170,754 sharesrepresenting 19.97% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Henson isinterested in 188,152 ordinary shares representing 1.73% of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
