Directors' Shareholdings
The Company was notified on 11 December 2008 that Mr Stirling, the Managing Director of the Company, bought 13,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 December 2008 at a price of 65.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Stirling is interested in 79,979 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
