Cellcast plc (AIM: CLTV) announces that it was notified earlier today that Mike Neville, a director of the Company, has purchased a total of 400,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company at an average price of 0.77p per share.
Following the purchase Mike Neville is interested in 1,025,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
