The Company was notified today by Anthony Simmonds, the Chairman of the Company, that on Tuesday 7 July 2015 he purchased a further 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.5 pence per share.

Following this purchase Anthony Simmonds holds 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
