Purchase of shares by Directors

John Coldman, Chairman of Omega Insurance Holdings Limited (the "Company"), disclosed to the Company on 9 September 2010 that, on that date, he acquired 1,125,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of 88p per share, representing 0.46% of the Company's issued share capital as at 9 September 2010.

Following the above share purchase, John Coldman is now the registered holder of 1,125,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the share capital of the Company, representing 0.46% of the Company's present issued share capital.

In addition, Richard Pexton, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, disclosed to the Company on 9 September 2010 that, on that date, he acquired 225,000 common shares of US$0.10 each in the Company at a price of 88p per share, representing 0.09% of the Company's present issued share capital.

Following the above share purchase, Richard Pexton is now the registered holder of 232,997 common shares of US$0.10 each in the share capital of the Company, representing 0.10% of the Company's present issued share capital, and continues to hold options over 2,500,000 common shares of US$0.10.
