S&U plc ("S&U" or "the Company") Director/PDMR ShareholdingS&U were advised today that Mrs CMG Coombs, mother of Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U has, on 8 April 2011, purchased 141,666 S&U Ordinary shares at a price of 685 pence per share from a Trust controlled by Derek M Coombs, uncle of Anthony Coombs.
