Director's Dealing

 

 

Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company has been notified that on 2 December 2015 Peter Harris, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, transferred 80,000 shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his own name from his funded unapproved retirement benefit scheme ("FURBS"). In addition 5,000 Ordinary Shares which were already registered in Peter Harris' name but held beneficially by the FURBS were transferred out of the FURBS. The Ordinary Shares were transferred at a price of 88.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this transaction there is no change to Peter Harris' total holding of 1,235,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.7 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
