The Company announces that on 12 April 2016 Pat Ward, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 70.5p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr. Ward now holds 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Total Voting Rights in the Company.
