The Company was informed on 29 September 2015 that Langebru AS (a company which is entirely owned by Peter M Anker, Executive Director and Mrs H Anker) purchased, in London, 17,500 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of GBP £20.185 per share.

Following this transaction, Peter M Anker's interest in the Company's share capital, is as follows:-

* The interest in these ordinary shares is held by Langebru AS.
