The Company announces that it was notified on 8 December 2013 that David Campbell, Group Sales and Marketing Director, purchased 16,420 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 6 December 2013 at a price of £3.51 per share.

Following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr Campbell now has a beneficial interest in 19,444 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.03% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
