The Company was notified on 18 March 2009 that on 18 March 2009 Julia Henderson, Non-executive director, bought 60,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 16.5 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Julia Henderson has a beneficial interest in the Company of 60,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 92,883,878 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
