Directors' / PDMR Shareholdings 

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the Company wishes to notify the following change in the interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") of Mr. Peter G Birch, the Chairman of the Company.

The Company was notified on 17 October 2008 that Mr. Birch purchased 25,000 Shares at 129 pence per share on 17 October 2008. Including these Shares purchased, Mr Birch now has an interest in 150,000 Shares representing approximately 0.075% of the voting rights attaching to the Shares of the Company.
