Bigblu Broadband plc (AIM: BBB.L), a leading provider of alternative fast broadband services, was notified that on 11 October 2018, Michael Tobin OBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 31,578 Ordinary Shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 95p a share.
Following the transaction, Michael Tobin's total interest in the Company has increased to 206,099 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
