Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 8 May 2013 that Karin Mortstedt, the wife of Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company and therefore a connected person, purchased a total of 75 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 927.68 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 May 2013.

Following this transaction, the interest of Mr Mortstedt, combined with the interest of Mrs Mortstedt, in the Company following this transaction is 22,697,411 Ordinary Shares (53.50%).
