Aggregated Micro Power Holdings plc (AIM: AMPH), a distributed energy company specialising in the sale of wood fuels and the financing and installation of distributed energy projects including biomass boiler ESCOs (energy supply contracts), stand by power generation and battery storage facilities, was notified on 20 December 2017 that on the same day Neil Eckert, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 29,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 85 pence per Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr Eckert's total beneficial interest in the Company is 7,835,700 Shares representing approximately 18.1% of the Company's issued share capital; and £645,000 nominal of CLN's.
