The Company was notified on 18 September 2009 that Thomas J Thomson, Non-Executive Vice Chairman and a Director of the Company, sold 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 561 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 September 2009. His total interest in Ordinary Shares following this transaction is 114,728 shares (0.24%).
