Notification of Director's Share Transaction
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R
The Company has been notified by Grahame Whateley, the Company's non-executive Chairman, that he has sold today 2,400,000 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence each nominal value in the Company, at a price of 24 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Whateley is interested in 5,255,171 of the Company's Ordinary Shares.
