The Company has been informed that on 6 October 2008, Paul Orchard-Lisle, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 85,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 35 pence per share. This is Mr Orchard-Lisle's only holding in the Company and represents 0.10 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
