Urals Energy Public Company Limited09 February 2007 Urals Energy Public Company Limited ("Urals" or the "Company") Director's Dealings The Company has been notified of certain dealings in the Company's shares byCharles Pitman, a non executive director of the Company. On 17 October 2005, MrPitman purchased 7,500 shares in the Company at a price of 485.25 pence pershare. On 19 October 2005, Mr Pitman made a further purchase of 2,500 shares ata price of 459 pence per share. Prior to this purchase, Mr Pitman did not holdany shares in the Company. Mr. Pitman has a total current interest in 10,000shares in the Company, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's currentissued share capital. On 23 September 2005, Mr Pitman also acquired options to purchase 20,000 sharesin the Company at an exercise price of 240 pence per share. These options weregranted for nil consideration. All of these options remain unexercised. Due to an administrative oversight, this notification was not made at the timeof Mr Pitman's dealings.
