Directors' Shareholdings

The Company was notified on 24 September of the following transactions:

On 24 September 2008, Jonathan Morgan (Non-executive Director) bought 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 240 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Jonathan Morgan has a beneficial interest in 28,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the voting share capital of the Company.

On 24 September 2008, Jonathan Sparey (Non-executive Chairman) bought 4,000 Ordinary Shares  through his SIPP, at a price of 240 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Jonathan Sparey has a beneficial interest in 38,100 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35% of the voting share capital of the Company.
