Works Media Group (The) PLC17 December 2007 THE WORKS MEDIA GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY") DIRECTOR DEALING The Company received notification on 14 December 2007 that Crispin Barker,Chairman of the Company, on the same date transferred 2,000,000 ordinary sharesin the Company, at a price of 2.5p each, from his own name into his pensionfund. Following this transaction, there was no change in Mr Barker's beneficialinterest in the voting share capital of the Company. Mr Barker is interested in31,305,000 ordinary shares representing 21.22 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
