Director Shareholding
Patagonia was notified yesterday that Sir John Craven, non-executive Chairman, is interested in a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares, which were received as a beneficiary of an estate. As a result of this he is now interested in 5,479,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.81 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
