Progressive Digital Media Group plc announces that on 25 June 2009, Peter Harkness, a non-executive director of Progressive, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ("shares") at a price of 12.5p per share. The shares are held in the same SIPP nominee account as his existing holdings in Progressive.

Accordingly Peter Harkness now holds voting rights attached to 500,000 ordinary shares representing 0.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
