Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed yesterday that Alan Marsh, Chief Executive, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 26 August 2010 at a price of 454.5 pence per share which Mr. Marsh gifted in entirety to his adult children.
Accordingly, Mr Marsh remains beneficially interested in 1,244,406 ordinary shares, representing 5.90 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
