NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 2 August 2012, the Company was notified that Ronald Shashoua, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,230 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at £3.04. Following the transactions Mr Shashoua is interested in 143,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.91% of the issued share capital.
