Mr Christopher Palmer-Tomkinson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 152,000 ordinary shares at 1.04 pence each into his personal pension fund.
Mr Palmer-Tomkinson's interest in the company is 180,000 shares representing 2.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
