Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Immedia Group plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, has today been informed that, following the purchase of 33,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.75 pence per share, Mr Steven Loftus, Chief Operating Officer, is now beneficially interested in a total of 93,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
