Notification of transactions by directors

In accordance with section 3.2.1R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Air Partner plc has been notified on 13 October 2010 of the following increases in directors' beneficial interests in shares.

On 12 October 2010 Richard Everitt, a non-executive director of the Company, made a market purchase of 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of £4.28 per share. The shares will be held beneficially by Mr Everitt in his own name and comprise his total holding of shares in the Company. 5,000 shares represent 0.049% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

On 13 October 2010 Aubrey Adams, non-executive Chairman of the Company, made a market purchase of 30,000 shares at a price of £4.08 per share. This represents 0.29% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares will be held beneficially by Mr Adams and will be registered in the name of Killik Nominees Limited. The purchase increases Mr Adams' holding to 50,000 shares (0.49% of share capital).
