Zegona Communications plc, LSE: ZEG announces that it was notified on 6 July 2016 by Mr Eamonn O'Hare, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he had purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 109 pence per share on 6 July 2016.

Eamonn O'Hare's holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company totals 1,574,999 shares, representing approximately 0.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
