Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons 

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that:

It was notified on 24 August 2011 that following the purchase on 24 August 2011 of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 39.35 pence per share, Jonson Cox (Chairman) now has an interest in 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.042% of the total shares in issue.

And that:

It was notified on 25 August 2011 that following the purchase on 25 August 2011 of 18,415 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 40.7 pence per share, David Brocksom (Finance Director) now has an interest in 47,090 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.016% of the total shares in issue
