Notification of Transaction by Director

Tarsus announces that it was notified yesterday (14 August 2014) that Robert Ware, Non-executive Director, purchased 5,750 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") of the Company at a price of 209p per share.

Robert Ware's interest in Tarsus Shares now totals 301,585 Shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
